Who is responsible

LinkedERP (Pty) Ltd and Merlate Solutions Pvt Ltd act as the organisations responsible for the processing described in this privacy notice. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013, they act as Responsible Parties, and for the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, they act as Data Fiduciaries.

What we process

Your email address, the display name and organisation you provide, the responses you submit, and your activity within this application.

Why we process it

To run this conference and to report on it internally. Processing rests on the consent you give when you request a sign-in link.

Who can see your contributions

Your contributions are shared with other attendees only after the facilitator publishes them, and only in the form you chose when you submitted them. If you elected to appear anonymously, other attendees do not see your name against those contributions. Facilitators and administrators, who are LinkedERP staff, always see who contributed.

To group contributions by theme, the facilitator copies the published responses into a third-party artificial intelligence service in a separate session. This application holds no credential for that service and sends nothing to it automatically.

Where it is processed

Your information is processed in South Africa and India.

This application and its database are hosted on infrastructure located in India and are operated by Merlate Solutions Pvt Ltd. Personal information collected through the application is therefore processed in India.

Sign-in messages and related communications are sent through the LinkedERP Microsoft 365 tenant. Microsoft 365 services used by LinkedERP, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, store customer data at rest within Microsoft's South Africa geography. Personal information required to deliver these communications, including your email address, is therefore processed in South Africa.

For users located outside India or South Africa, this may involve the cross-border transfer of personal information between these jurisdictions for the purposes described in this privacy notice.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for 12 months after the conference closes and then delete it. Records of marketing consent rest on a separate basis and are kept for as long as that consent is relied upon.

You may ask us to give you access to, correct, or delete your personal information, including any interest you have registered in our products or services. Write to info@linkederp.com.
